LUTHER MANOR

A congregate residence with individual apartments For residents of the Luther Ridge Community who need just a little help

A well-established congregate living residence, Luther Manor offers 412 to 520-square feet private double- and single occupancy apartments for older adults who are able to live semi-independently within a supportive community. Apartments are equipped with stove and refrigerator, have individually controlled heat, sizable closet space and full bath. Utilities are included in the rent, with the exception of telephone and cable. All apartments have an emergency pull cord. A homecooked noon meal is served to residents daily. Housekeeping services are provided once a week. Additional support services are available to residents for an additional fee.

Eligibility

Applicants for Luther Manor must be 62 years of age or older and meet the following income eligibility requirements:

Income in 2007 may not exceed $41,700 for an individual, or $47,700 for a couple.

Assistance services are available to all residents of Luther Ridge for an additional fee. These include help with bathing, dressing, housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, medication monitoring, shopping and linking to medical services.
