Assisted living apartments are subsidized by Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) and are appropriate for persons who require some help - including nursing support - with activities of daily living.

Assets no greater than $41,220 for individuals

$1,102.00/$1,261.00 (for an individual) based on income
$1,591.00/ $1,750.00 (for couples) based on income
