- Annual income may not exceed $39,450 for individuals
- Annual income may not exceed $45,100 for couples
- No asset limit (however, interest on assets must be included as income)

While we have residents who are on Medicaid, every resident pays a rent.
Yes- but only in the Congregate and HUD programs. One pet, 25 pounds or under, up to date on all shots, spayed/neutered, $300 deposit.
