These senior living apartments are subsidized by The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and are appropriate for those who wish to live independently in a secure, comfortable, affordable community.

Subsidized by the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, this living option offers a comfortable and secure environment for older adults. With its affordable housing support, seniors can enjoy a range of amenities and services tailored to their needs, including nursing support and assistance with activities of daily living.

Congregate Living
These apartments are subsidized by the Department of Housing (DOH) & Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) have the most flexibility for people who wish to live independently, yet have access to some support services.
